4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on availability, location, and logistics.
  • Joy Coolers is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers must inspect the products upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Products can be returned only if they are defective or damaged during shipping.
  • Refunds are processed only after verification of the returned product.
  • Customers must request returns within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after approval.
